You may require between 3 and 6 sessions depending on the issue and how quickly you respond in a positive way to hypnotherapy. You may immediately experience a feeling of enhanced well-being and you may find that your issue has simply gone away or you are viewing it in a totally new light.
It is important to remember that people have varying receptivity to hypnosis (hypnotisability) and results do vary, however my testimonials will show you the results my clients obtain. Perhaps you've tried other therapies, you can rest assured that any work you have done to date to transform and improve yourself will not have gone to waste and the personal insights you have gained will benefit you in hypnosis.
Your first session will last approximately 90 minutes. Follow-up sessions will last approximately an hour. The minimum recommended number of sessions is three, however numerous issues may be dealt with in that time.
